Please allow up to 10 business days for all orders to process.
Orders will NOT be processed on the weekends. You will NOT receive any updates on your orders while it's being processed
If you have a special event please make sure to place your order in enough time to receive your package as we are only able to expedite shipping, NOT our processing time.

Return & Exchange Policy:
All sales are final. Exchanges are permitted for items that are damaged or mistaken on our behalf. Hair must be be in it's original state. Cannot be altered and in it's original packaging. Exchanges must be made 5 days after you have received your item.

When an order is in the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems.
